Our Website and publications may contain our service marks or trademarks as well as those of our affiliates or other companies, in the form of words, graphics, and logos. Your use of our Website or publications does not constitute any right or license for you to use such service marks/trademarks, without the prior written permission of the corresponding service mark/trademark owner. General Terms

Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Utah, United States, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of our Legal Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that any Content in our Website conflicts or is inconsistent with our Legal Terms, our Legal Terms shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of our Legal Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. The rights of Teaching Self-Government under our Legal Terms shall survive the termination of our Legal Terms.

Support Group Terms

Members subscribed to our Support Group are given exclusive access to content on our Website. Only paying members of the Support Group are allowed access to this content. Sharing this content with those outside of the Support Group is prohibited.

An automatic recurring payment will be charged to Support Group Members until they have submitted a written request to cancel through our Contact Form. Refunds for recurring payments will only be issued for payments made after such time that a request for cancellation has been submitted.


Customers are expected to verify their billing and shipping address before finalizing a purchase. If the customer’s shipping address is incorrect, or needs be forwarded by Teaching Self Government, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges and/fees restocking fees. Teaching Self-Government publications are designed to provide information pertaining to the subject matter covered. Our publications are sold with the understanding that Teaching Self-Government and author are sharing this information with the reader and that the success of the material will vary from individual to individual. Our publications are also being sold with the understanding that Teaching Self-Government and author are not providing licensed psychological, medical or other professional counseling services and it is recommended that the services of a competent licensed professional should be obtained if licensed expert advice or counseling is required.
